AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ORLAND PARK VILLAGE CODE (BUILDING PERMITS AND FEES)

WHEREAS, the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, an Illinois home rule municipality, has adopted various fees for building permits and for installation of systems associated with building and development, including water and certain water use systems; and
WHEREAS, the Village has determined that it is appropriate to revise its fees for plan reviews and inspections.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1
The Orland Park Village Code, Title 5, Building, Chapter 2 (Building Permits and Fees) is hereby amended by deleting in its entirety the current text of said Chapter 2 and replacing it with the attached text of Chapter 2, Sections 5-2-1 through and including 5-2-14.
SECTION 2
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict herewith.
SECTION 3
This Ordinance shall become and be effective immediately upon its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law. It is ordered that publication of this Ordinance be made by duplicating thereof in pamphlet form, said pamphlets to be deposited in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Orland Park for general circulation.
