History

The annexation agreement for Marley Creek located at the southwest corner of 179th Street and Wolf Road is set to expire on October 6, 2007.  Due to the fact that a settlement has been reached with the developer, staff recommends this agreement be allowed to expire.

I move to approve authorizing the expiration of the Marley Creek annexation agreement.
