History

The Village has budgeted for the distribution of the Winter 2012 Program Brochure in the Orland Park Prairie. The final cost to mail 23,750 brochures to residents through 22^nd Century Media, LLC (Orland Park Prairie) is $6,238.21. The remaining 1,250 brochures will be distributed to the public at Village facilities.

The brochure weight of 6.8 oz. has increased due to the higher quality paper, foldout cover, and added pages dedicated to community outreach.

On January 3, 2012, this item was reviewed and approved by the Parks and Recreation Committee and referred to the Board for approval.

Financial Impact

This item is included in the Fiscal Year 2011 budget account 283-4001-451-4160.
