History

The Village of Orland Park has reached an agreement to purchase the property located at 10100 W. 159^th Street in Orland Park. The property consists of approximately 1.51 acres of real estate for open space purposes. The purchase agreement is for fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000.00). The Village has paid $5,500.00 in earnest money and agrees to pay the balance of the purchase price upon closing which is anticipated to occur on June 26, 2015.

Financial Impact

The purchase will be funded through the Open Lands fund.

I move to pass Ordinance Number 4999, entitled: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE (OPEN SPACE PARCEL - 10100 W. 159TH STREET).
