2011 Taste of Orland Park

History

This is the eighth annual Taste of Orland Park which will be held August 5, 6 & 7. Live music and entertainment are featured throughout the weekend. This year there are seventeen restaurants signed up, eight of which will serve alcohol. There are also sponsor and community booths. Attendance is approximately 40,000 people over the weekend. Attached is the entertainment schedule.

Financial Impact

To date there is $22,800 in sponsorships, plus in-kind sponsorships that include marketing and publicity and ATM. Seventeen restaurants are committed, and seventeen community booths. Total budget is $153,664. Staff has worked to reduce costs in as many areas as possible. Attached is the income/expense as of June 28, 2011and Event Plan.
