Southmoor Commons Lot 2 - Landscape Plan
History
This is a request for approval of a landscape plan for the proposed Southmoor Commons Lot 2, to be located at 13155 LaGrange Road. The Village Board approved the Site Plan and Elevations for the overall Southmoor Commons Development on August 15, 2005 with the condition that each individual outlot submits a landscape plan at the time of development, meeting all Village Codes, for separate review and approval.
Per Code requirements, the petitioner submitted a landscape plan that has been reviewed and approved by the Village’s Landscape Architect consulting firm. A copy of the approval memo is attached for review.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to accept as findings of fact the findings of fact as set forth in this staff report dated November 7, 2011.
and
I move to approve the landscape plan titled, ‘Retail Plaza Building #2 Landscape Plan‘, prepared by Brusseau Design Group, LLC, project no. B10024, dated 10-17-11, sheet L-1.
