Mackeys' Pub has submitted an application for an automatic amusement device operator's license. The license is for the facility to be located at 9400 143rd Street, Orland Park, IL. The application requests 2 automatic amusement devices.
Presently, Section 7-6-2(B) of the Village Code permits a maximum of 20 automatic amusement device operator's licenses. With the addition of Mackeys' Pub that will bring the total to eighteen (18) currently active licenses.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the issuance of an automatic amusement device operator's license to Mackeys' Pub, located at 9400 143rd Street, Orland Park, IL. Amusement devices shall be installed meeting Village of Orland Park Codes.
