Christopher Burke Contract - FY 08/09

History

The Village of Orland Park's current contract with Christopher B. Burke (CBBEL) to provide professional engineering services has expired.  The contract for FY 08/09 is for a monthly retainer of $8,500. This dollar amount reflects the actual time and resources allocated to the Village by CBBEL.  The scope includes attending Village meetings, investigation of engineering matters, review of drainage complaints, and follow-up with developers and residents.

This is the same dollar amount as previous years, however with the change of the budget term it is for 15 months vs. 12 months.

On November 24, 2008 the Development Services and Planning Committee moved 2-0 to recommend to the Village Board to approve the Professional Engineering Services Contract with Christopher B. Burke in the amount of $127,500.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration.

Funds for this contract are budgeted in the 08/09 budget.
