Olde Mill - Amendment to Annexation Agreement - Ordinance
History
This proposed ordinance authorizes the extension of the expiration date of the annexation agreement for Olde Mill located at 17401 South 108th Avenue. The amendment to the annexation agreement allows for the extension of the agreement for five (5) years as stated in the amendment.
Staff recommends this extension due to outstanding issues. Attached is a copy of the amendment to the annexation agreement.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration of an ordinance authorizing the amendment to the annexation agreement.
