History

This is a request for approval of a landscape plan for Glen Oaks Lot 2 located at 10730 W. 165^th Street.  The Village Board approved a site plan and building elevations for Glen Oaks Lot 2 in February of 2008, subject to the following landscape conditionm:

That the petitioner submit a landscape plan for separate review and approval, within 60 days of final engineering approval, that includes two additional canopy trees and four additional shrubs planted somewhere else on the property to compensate for the missing two landscape islands;

The petitioner submitted a landscape plan that has been reviewed and approved by the Village.  A copy of the approval memo is attached for review.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve the Landscape Plan prepared by Beary Landscaping, titled ‘Winterset Glen Oaks Condo Association Lot 2’, dated February 20, 2008.
