Bids were received on February 21, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the Clerk's Office for The Highlands-Grading and Restoration Site Improvements. Five (5) bids were received. They are as follows:

Financial Impact
This money will come from the Parks Capital Fund, budgeted amount of $574,000.00 -
(023-4004-451-7080).
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve accepting the bid from Wright Excavating, LLC for The Highlands-Grading and Restoration Site Improvement at a cost not to exceed $515,388.00;
And
I move to approve authorizing the Interim Village Manager to execute the contract.
