Be It Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1
Section 7-4-6 (2) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the number of Class H licenses issued to manufacture beer products on the licensed premises and to make sales at retail of alcoholic liquor, including but not limited to the manufactured beer products, for consumption on or off the licensed premises, from two (2) to three (3).
SECTION 2
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict herewith.
SECTION 3
This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
