Legal Counsel and the Village Board indicated the portions of these minutes thereof that are now available for public inspection at this time including the redactions made.
Copies of these minutes were sent to the Board for review and comment on December 14, 2020.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve releasing for public inspection the Executive Session minutes from July 2019 through December 2019 except for portions thereof that are determined to be necessary to be kept confidential to protect the public interest or the privacy of an individual.
