Athletic Field Usage - Guidelines

History

The Athletic Field Usage Agreement prepared by Recreation staff was reviewed and revised accordingly.

The attached agreement reflects residency requirements, field allocation and costs.

Due to conflicting timing of the agreement and submittal of the 2008 rosters, it was agreed that the residency requirement for the 2008 season will remain at 81%. The 2009 and forward residency percentage will increase to 90%, to be consistent with all other similar policies within the village. 

No tournaments will be held during the OYA season (generally prior to July 4) unless agreed upon by OYA. Both complexes can be used simultaneously if necessary provided the organization complies with all requirements herein. Tournament dates will be allocated based on residency percentages.

I move to approve the proposed tournament guidelines as presented by staff.
