Wooded Path Estates II - Record Plat of Subdivision
History
This request is for approval of a record plat of subdivision for Wooded Path Estates II located at 7825, 7901 & 7903 W. 143rd Street. The property consists of approximately 15.5 acres and is proposed to be developed by the Owner for fourteen (14) single-family lots (12 new homes, 2 existing homes and 7 outlots) under the R-1 Residential District.
On April 2, 2007 the Village Board moved to approve the final plan.
Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Subdivision and finds it to be substantially in conformance with the approved final plan.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the plat.

I move to approve the Record Plat of Subdivision for Wooded Path Estates II prepared by R.H. Granath, dated March 28, 2007 consisting of one page.
