Cameno Park Phase II - Change Order
History
We have received a Change Order from the Hitchcock Design Group for Cameno Park Phase II at a cost of $9,700.00. (Attached) The reason for this Change Order is due to the changing scope of the project from the County Grant Program to continue the design work to include the Pergola, Seeding, Planting, and Site furnishings represented in the concept plan. This work would be incorporated into the existing walk and walls construction package currently completed.
Financial Impact
The money will come from the Park Fund 023-4004-451-7080, 2007 budget-$300,000.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to recommend to the Board to approve accepting the revised quote from the Hitchcock Design Group at a cost not to exceed $9,700.00;
And
To recommend to the Board to approve authorizing the Acting Village Manager to execute the contract.
