History

On November 16, 2015, the Village Board of Trustees approved the special use permit to allow a Planned Unit Development at 7420 W. 159^th Street.  The approval established a four lot subdivision, with a single out-lot for the storm water management facility/ detention pond. 

Attached is the plat of subdivision for this project.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve the Plat of Subdivision for the 7420 W. 159^th Street Planned Unit Development, titled “GW Property Subdivision Orland Park, Illinois”, prepared by Manhard Consulting Ltd., and dated May 5, 2016 (printed Mylar).
