The annual website maintenance and hosting agreement is due for renewal. Staff is requesting approval in the amount of $12,778.41 for this service effective January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
The cost breakdown is as follows:
Hosting $249.06 per month
Software maintenance & updates $288.69 per month
Unlimited support $518.36 per month
Total $1056.11 per month/$12.673.41 annual
The annual maintenance also includes $105 for the SSL certificate that was added in 2014 bringing the annual total to $12,778.41.
On January 5, 2015, this item was reviewed by the Finance and Information Technology Committee, recommended for approval and referred to the Village Board of Trustees for consideration.
Financial Impact
There is $13,325 budgeted in the MIS Division computer maintenance budget line item 010-1600-443610 for website maintenance and hosting.

I move to approve the annual website maintenance and hosting expenditure from CivicPlus in an amount not to exceed $12,778.41.
