Non-Union Wage Increases - Approve
History
Historically, general wage increases are granted to non-union employees on May 1st of each year (excluding department directors). As the village has 2 groups of union employees (one based on tentative agreement yet to be ratified) scheduled to receive 3.75% increases on May 1st in accordance with their contracts, the recommendation, in order to maintain parity, is for this same increase to be approved for the village's non-union employees.
