Resolution Supporting Paid Sick Leave for Illinois Employees

History

Per the direction of the Village Board, the Village of Orland Park expresses its support of state-wide legislation to mandate that Illinois employers grant their employees paid sick leave in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Cook County Ordinance No. 16-4229.

Attached is a copy of the Resolution for your reference. Certified copies of this Resolution will be filed with the offices of Govenor Bruce Rauner, Speaker of the House Michael Madigan, House Minority Leader Jim Durkin, Senate President John Cullerton and Senate Minority Leader Christine Radogno.
