Olde Mill Phases II and III - Final Plan Extension
History
Due to economic circumstances, the petitioner for Olde Mill Phases II and III is requesting another two-year extension of the Board approved site plan.
On August 7, 2006 the Village Board moved to approve the Site Plan for Olde Mill Phases II and III, titled "Geometric Pavement and Streetlight Plan - Olde Mill Phases II and III, prepared by Landtech Consultants, dated 05-12-05, latest revision 06-06-06, sheet 3 of 14, subject to the following conditions:
1) That the petitioner provide cash in lieu of a land donation for .58 acres of park.
2) That the petitioner ensure that homes located adjacent to overland flow routes have drainage easements clearly labeled on the plats and that letters are sent to existing residents explaining the importance of the easements and that no structures, landscaping and or buildings. This would also be the same for any new homes being built.
3) That all final engineering related items are met.
4) That the petitioner submit a revised landscape and mitigation plan that coordinates with the proposed site plan changes for separate review and approval.
On September 15, 2008, the Village Board approved a two-year extension to August 7, 2010. The petitioner is now requesting another extension due to lack of housing sales.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the request of the petitioner and grant a final plan extension for Olde Mill Phases II and III until August 7, 2012.
