Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Landscape Plan
History
This is a request for approval of a landscape plan for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, a 5,990 square foot restaurant located at 15503 LaGrange Road, in an outlot of the Lowe’s Development. The Village Board approved the site plan and elevations for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in April of 2008.
Per Code requirements and Board approval conditions, the petitioner submitted a landscape plan that has been reviewed and approved by Village Staff. A copy of the approval memo is attached for review.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the Landscape Plan titled, ‘Red Robin Gourmet Burgers,’ prepared by David R. McCallum Associates Landscape Architects, job number 07-4685, dated 02-04-08, most recent revision 06-04-08, sheets L1.0 and L.1.1 with no conditions.
