History

The Village Board approved the plans the Autumn Leaves Assisted Living Facility, located near 151^st and 80^th, in April of 2008.   The petitioner has since submitted a landscape plan for review per Code requirements. 

The attached plan set has been reviewed and approved by the Village’s Landscape Architecture consulting firm.  A copy of the approval memo is attached for review.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve the Landscape Plan titled, ‘Autumn Leaves Assisted Living,’ prepared by Teska, job number 06073, dated 03-17-08, most recent revision 10-20-08, sheets L-1.1, L-1.2, and L-1.3, with no conditions.
