The AI and Technology Board considers and recommended certain Bylaws enacted for the AI and Information Technology Board, including Membership,Term and Compensation, Chairperson, Powers and Duties and Meeting rules which will promote efficient and effective management of the AI and Information Technology Board;

I move to adopt a Resolution entitled: A Resolution Approving AI and Technology Board Bylaws.
