State of Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs - Lease Agreement
History
The State is seeking to lease approximately 325 square feet of office space within the Orland Park Village Hall located at 14700 S. Ravinia Avenue in the City of Orland Park, State of Illinois, for the sole purpose of conducting State business. The term of this Agreement is for thirty-six (36) months commencing January 1, 2017, and expiring December 31, 2019.
Staff recommends continuing to waive any rental fees. The Veterans' Affairs office has been a benefit to our local veterans.

I move to approve a three year lease agreement with the State of Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs and to waive the rental fees.
