Custodial Services For All Village Buildings - Contract Extension
History
We are in the process of receiving new proposals for the Custodial Services for all village buildings. The contract with TBS (Total Building Service, Inc.) expires at the end of November 2008, and we are requesting approval to extend TBS's contract for one month to better explore the new proposals. The funds required will remain within those allocated in the FY09 budget.
Monthly charges:
Village Complex - $14,605
Sportsplex - $12,825
Cultural Center - $ 1,015
Metra Stations - $ 850
New Police Station $ 3,760
TOTAL: $33,055
Financial Impact
This money will come from the new 2009 Budget for Contracted Cleaning.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve extension of the TBS Custodial Services' Contract for all village buildings for one month in an amount not to exceed $33,055.00;
And
To approve authorizing the Village Manager to execute said extension.
