A detailed spreadsheet (by fund) of budget adjustments is attached showing a transfer of $8,700 budgeted for Metra grounds maintenance to the Commuter Parking Fund from the Capital Improvement Fund, and an increase in expenditures in the General Fund of $2,200. The increase in expenditures is related to funding for the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) contribution.
On April 2, 2018, this item was reviewed by the Finance Committee, recommended for approval and referred to the Board of Trustees for consideration.
