The village has budgeted for the Summer Entertainment Guide. At this time we are completing the piece and have requested quotes on the printing. We plan to print 25,000 with 22,000 of them being mailed to residents.
The specifications for the piece are 25,000 items, 4.25 x 8.5 =28 page saddle stitched booklet 4 color 2 sides with a dull Aqueous coating on an 80# matt text stock. Carrier route 22,000 to the Orland Park Post Office.
The urgency to take this for Board approval is due to the timeline for printing and mailing. To have these in residents’ homes before May 1st approval is needed immediately.
