This proposed ordinance authorizes the extension of the expiration date of the Annexation Agreement for the Colette Highlands Subdivision located at northeast corner of 159th Street and 108th Avenue for (2) years.

Staff recommends this extension as the subdivision is not yet completed.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration of an ordinance granting the extension.
