Sanitary Sewer Easement - Acceptance of Easement
History
The Wolf property is located at 13608 South 88th Avenue which is at the northwest corner of Pine Street and 88th Avenue. The Windhaven West Subdivision is located directly west of this property. To supply sanitary sewer service to the Windhaven West Development, it was necessary to connect to an existing sanitary sewer line and install a manhole structure at that connection point. This work was performed on the south portion of the Wolf property which required an easement. Mr. and Mrs. Wolf have agreed to grant an easement to the Village.
The plat has been reviewed by the Public Works Department.
On November 12, 2007, this item was reviewed and approved by the Public Works and Engineering Committee and referred to the Board for approval.

I move to approve the Plat of Easement for Sanitary Sewer prepared by Area Survey Company;
And
To approve authorizing the President of the Board of Trustees to sign the Plat of Easement and the Village Clerk to attest the signature.
