History
A detailed spreadsheet (by fund) of budget rollovers is attached showing a total increase to the fiscal year 2015 budget of $20,318,411. These budget rollovers are necessary as various projects budgeted in fiscal year 2014 were not completed as of December 31, 2014.
On February 2, 2015, this item was reviewed by the Finance and Information Technology Committee, recommended for approval and referred to the Village Board of Trustees for consideration.
Financial Impact
The budget impact is a decrease in expenditures for fiscal year 2014 and an increase in budgeted expenditures for fiscal year 2015.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve an amendment to the fiscal year 2015 expenditure budget in an amount not to exceed $20,318,411.
