IBEW Local 134 - H.S.A. Deductibles for 2014
History
On September 16, 2013, the Board authorized staff to negotiate the modification of Section 18.1C of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Village of Orland Park and IBEW, Local 134 pertaining to the HDHP/HSA plan. Discussion between the Village and IBEW took place and a tentative agreement was reached to modify Section 18.1C. The modifications include maintaining the current deductible structure of $2,500/$5,000 for calendar year 2014 maintaining the employer H.S.A seeding at 40% of the deductible thru 2015, and utilizing post-deductible prescription copays of $0/$40/$60 for years 2014 and 2015. Attached is a copy of the tentative agreement.

I move to authorize the Village Manager to ratify the Memorandum of Agreement regarding the modification of Section 18.1C of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Village of Orland Park and IBEW, Local 134.
