Windows for Frederick T. Owens Village Hall - Budget Adjustment

History

Seventeen (17) windows were replaced throughout the Village Hall due to heat stress.  The cost from Tinley Glass was $5,331.03, which was not budgeted for nor anticipated.  A budget adjustment will be needed for the window replacements.

On July 28, 2008 this item was reviewed and approved by the Recreation and Parks Committee and referred to the Board for approval.

Financial Impact

A budget adjustment of $5,331.03 will be needed to Building Maintenance Account No. 010-2100-424-4310.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve accepting the bill from Tinley Park Glass in an amount not to exceed $5,331.03 and to approve a budget adjustment to Building Maintenance Account.
