History

On September 19^th, the Ninety 7 Fifty on the Park project will be presented before the Village Board of Trustees for consideration and approval. It is anticipated the agenda will include the following items:

1.                     Site plan/Special Use Permit

2.                     Special Use Permit Ordinance

3.                     Redevelopment Agreement Ordinance

4.                     Master Bond Ordinance

5.                     Bank Selection for Project Financing

Staff will be available to answer any questions that Trustees or the public may have regarding this project at the Village Board of Trustees Meeting on September 6, 2011.
