A $750.00 healthcare equalizer for 72 eligible non-union and IBEW employees has been included in the FY2016 budget.
Staff recommends that this amount be paid in December 2016 to equalize the employee premium expense amongst employee groups.
This amount is less than previous years as the employee premium expense difference among employee groups has decreased.

I move to approve authorizing the payment of a healthcare equalizer in the taxable amount of $750.00 to current full-time employees who are classified in the non-union or IBEW employee groups.
