Legal Counsel has reviewed the Executive Session Minutes from January through June 2006 indicating the minutes or portions thereof that may not be made available for public inspection at this time.
Copies of these minutes were sent to the Board for review and comment. At the October 6, 2008 and the October 20, 2008 Executive Session, the Board approved placing this item on the next Board agenda.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve releasing for public inspection the January through June 2006 Executive Session minutes, or portions thereof, that no longer require confidential treatment.
