History
This request is for a public hearing on the amended annexation agreement for the property located south of 139th Street and east of Wolf Road.
The Bunratty Estates Development Agreement expires on June 17, 2010, and since the subdivision is not yet built out, it is being requested that this agreement be extended for two years.
A copy of the draft Amended Annexation Agreement is attached.
