DISCUSSION:

Sidewalk Extension to Intersection
The approved landscape plan and site plan shows the LaGrange Road sidewalk terminating at the intersection. The fire lane has been replaced with landscaping in the most current plan. The removal of the fire lane also provided the opportunity to relocate the trash enclosure. The Board approved plan shows the enclosure at the northeast corner of the site, directly across the street from an existing single family home. The new plan shows the enclosure on the southwest side of the site at the end of the parking lot. This location is much better screened and less visible. Two parking stalls have been added ...
