Reject Paper Products/Domestic Supplies Bid

History

Bids were received on November 11, 2009 for the Paper Products/Domestic Supplies Unit Price bid. Upon further review on a total Village centralized system, is has been determined that the Building Maintenance Department will order all products needed throughout the Village for all departments. A new product list is being compiled to accommodate organization needs making sure that pricing is uniform. When this is complete we will rebid.

On January 25, 2010 this item was reviewed and approved by the Recreation & Parks Committee and referred to the Board for approval.

I move to approve rejecting the Paper Products/Domestic Supplies Unit Price and rebid.
