Village Complex Brick Work - Proposal
History
We have received a proposal to continue the Brick Work on the Village Complex. The proposal is to extend the contract from Eugene Matthews, Inc., the company that rebuilt the walls at the Civic Center. This is an ongoing restoration of the deteriorating brick. Amount budgeted in 054-0000-451-7010 - $192,800 minus $30,000 for the work that is needed for the Clerk's Office Storage Room, leaving us with $162,800. The total for the work needed is $141,900.

On April 28, 2008, this item was reviewed and approved by the Recreation Committee and referred to the Board for approval.
