Window Washing - Bid Award
History
Bids were received on February 20, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. for the three (3) year Window Washing Bid. This bid is for cleaning the windows twice a year (Spring and Fall) for all village facilities. Three (3) bids were picked up and two (2) were returned. They are as follows:

A-1 Maintenance Experts, Inc. 2008-$18,847.00 2009-$19,395.00 2010-$19,929.00
Financial Impact
This money will come from the Building Maintenance budgeted amount of $20,500.00 -

Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve accepting the three (3) year Window Washing Bid from Alliance Window Cleaning, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $14,700.00 per year for each of the three years 2008, 2009 and 2010;
And
I move to approve authorizing the Interim Village Manager to execute the contract.
