This request is for approval of a record plat of subdivision for Park Corners II located at 13510 Circle Drive.
Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Subdivision and finds it to be substantially in conformance with the approved Final Plan.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the plat.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the Record Plat of Subdivision for McNaughton's 1st Plat of Consolidation prepared by Design Tek Surveying, LLC, Project No. 07-10007S, dated 3/08 and last revised 03-27-08, consisting of 2 pages.
