Bids were received on October 24, 11:00 AM in the Clerk’s office for Baseball Backstops and Fence Repair. Three bids were received and the low bidder was Complete Northern IL Fence at a cost of $46,079.00. This work is to be performed before the new season begins. 

On November 7, 2011, this item was reviewed and approved by the Recreation & Parks Committee and referred to the Board for approval.

Financial Impact

The funds will come from the Parks budgeted amount of $50,000.00 (283-4003-451-4350).

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve Complete Northern IL Fence for the Baseball Backstops and Fence Repair at a cost of $46,079.00

And

Authorize the Village Manager execute the contract.
