Mutholam Subdivision - Landscape Plan Approval
History
The Village Board approved Mutholam Subdivision, a three (3) lot subdivision on a 1.31-acre parcel at 16825 S. Wolf Road with detention on April 17, 2006. The approval included the annexation of the 1.31-acre parcel and rezoning to R-3 Residential and the condition that the petitioner submit a landscape plan for separate review and approval.
Per Code requirements, the petitioner submitted a landscape plan that has been reviewed and approved by the Village’s Landscape Architect consulting firm. A copy of the approval memo is attached for review. The memo included a set of conditions that have been incorporated in the attached plans.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the Landscape Plan titled, ‘Landscape Plan Mutholam Subdivision,’ prepared by Bergfors Gregory Land Design, job number 2006-026, dated 10-2-06, most recent revision 09-11-08, sheets L-1 and TP-1 and the Maintenance and Monitoring program titled ‘Mutholam Subdivison Monitoring and Management Plan,’ date stamped September 11, 2008, with no conditions.
