Audit Request for Proposals - Discussion Only
History
In April 2002, the Board passed a resolution that requires the Village to solicit bids at least every five years for the performance of the annual financial audit. The five year contract with McGladrey and Pullen has expired with the completion of the 2011 audit. The Finance Department will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) in August 2012 seeking the services of a qualified financial audit firm. Finance staff plan on recommending an audit firm at the October Finance Committee meeting.
On July 2, 2012, this item was reviewed and discussed by the Finance Committee and referred to the Board for discussion.
