Body

WHEREAS, in order to meet the requirements for recording Ordinance Nos. 5069 and 5070 within the time limits specified by law, it is necessary to repeal Ordinance Nos. 5069 and 5070 passed March 7, 2016, and thereafter re-adopt new Ordinances establishing Special Service Areas 4 and 5.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, that Ordinances Nos. 5069 and 5070 be and hereby are repealed.
