AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORLAND PARK VILLAGE CODE (BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS) TITLE 2, CHAPTERS 6, 7 AND 18
BODY
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Orland Park deem it in the best interests of the Village and its residents to amend the Orland Park Village Code with regard to Advisory Boards and Commissions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1
Title 2 (Boards and Commissions) of the Village Code shall be and hereby is amended to delete, in their entirety, Chapters 6, 7 and 18 and Ordinances establishing the Senior Citizens Advisory Board, the Parking and Traffic Advisory Board and the Community Relations Commission are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage as provided by law.
