AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORLAND PARK VILLAGE CODE (BOARD COMMITTEES) TITLE 1, CHAPTER 5, SECTION 7 (14)
Body
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Orland Park deem it in the best interests of the Village and its residents to amend the Orland Park Village Code with regard to Board Committees and meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1
That Section 1-5-7-14-1 of the Village Code shall be and hereby is amended, effective December 1, 2017, to provide that the following committees shall meet on the first Monday of each month:
Public Safety
Finance
Parks and Recreation
and the following committees shall meet on the third Monday of each month:
Public Works
Technology Innovation and Performance Improvement
Development Services, Planning and Engineering
All other portions of Section 1-5-7-14-1 shall remain unchanged.
SECTION 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage as provided by law.
