History

One of the Air Conditioning Units went down at the Sportsplex (Large Gymnasium) and needed to be replaced.    Cost for replacing this unit is broken down as follows:

Financial Impact

This expense was not anticipated.  The new air conditioning unit has been installed by the Building Maintenance Department and is operating.   A budget adjustment to Account Number 283-4007-451-4310 is required.

I move to approve the Budget Adjustment in the amount of $5,968.73.
