History
We received a proposal for the third year of the Native Landscape Stewardship around the New Police Station. Pizzo & Associates, Ltd. took this over for the past 2 years after we settled with the construction management company. They have done a great job and it is improving. Their cost is $7,000.00 for the year 2012. This cost is down from the past few years due to less maintenance being required, last years cost was $10,660.
On March 5, 2012, this item was reviewed and approved by the Recreation & Parks Committee and referred to the Village Board for approval.
Financial Impact
Funds will come from the Parks Repair and Maintenance of Grounds Budget 283-4003-443500, $10,660.00 was budgeted.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve accepting the quote amount not to exceed $7,000.00 from Pizzo & Associates, Ltd.
